Um adolescente de 13 anos morreu baleado no fim da noite deste domingo (6) durante uma operação da Polícia Militar na Cidade de Deus, na Zona Oeste do Rio. Moradores acusam PMs pela morte de Thiago Menezes Flausino e afirmam que os agentes alteraram a cena do crime.
Nenhum dos policiais do Choque que atuaram na ação usava câmeras nas fardas, o que poderia ajudar a identificar de onde partiu o tiro que atingiu e matou Thiago.
A família do rapaz afirma que militares chegaram atirando.
“Eles estavam de moto na principal da CDD, a polícia encontrou com eles e deu muitos tiros neles. Deu muito tiro neles! Meu sobrinho é pequeno, tem corpo de criança, e está com mais de 5 tiros espalhados pelo corpo. Muito tiro em uma criança de 13 anos”, relatou Nathaly Bezerra Flausino, tia de Thiago.
Uma testemunha, que preferiu não se identificar, confirma a versão da família.
“Eu estava aqui na hora da ação desastrosa da Polícia Militar. Entrando pela Rua Jeremias quando a polícia e o Caveirão saíram entrando. Já atirando para dentro da nossa comunidade, onde havia mais de um morador”, afirma.
“Quando eles viram que a criança já estava morta com um tiro fatal, eles queriam tirar o corpo da criança do chão. Nós peitamos e não deixamos eles levarem o corpo da criança”, completa a testemunha.

A testemunha diz ainda que policiais forjaram a cena.
“Além disso, simularam uma troca de tiros aqui fora para poder dizer que houve uma troca de tiros aqui fora. É mentira”, destaca o morador.
Um vídeo mostra ainda que os policiais jogaram uma granada em moradores que estavam filmando a ação.
Moradores e familiares lamentaram a morte do menino.
“Uma criança de apenas 13 anos de idade que foi brutalmente assassinada pela polícia, pelo Estado e pelo governo”, diz a tia.
O adolescente tinha o sonho de ser jogador de futebol e fazia parte de um time júnior.
“Thiago era um garoto estudioso, um jogador de futebol, tinha sonhos. Ele era o camisa 10 do time, era um menino que ia pra igreja, família, estava sempre com a gente”, reforça ela.
Um morador escreveu: “Servir e proteger a quem? Cidade de Deus em luto, vai com Deus, Thiago”.
Nas redes sociais, aa Polícia Militar antes havia dito que “um criminoso ficou ferido ao entrar em confronto” com homens do Batalhão de Polícia de Choque (BPCHq).
Depois, em nota, a PM informou que, de acordo com os policiais envolvidos na ocorrência, equipes do BPChq realizavam policiamento quando, na esquina da Estrada Marechal Miguel Salazar com Rua Geremias, “dois homens em uma motocicleta atiraram contra a guarnição”. “Após confronto, um adolescente foi encontrado atingido e não resistiu aos ferimentos”, afirmou.
“A área foi isolada e a Delegacia de Homicídios da Capital, acionada. O comando já instaurou um procedimento para averiguar as circunstâncias do fato e colabora integralmente com as investigações da Polícia Civil”, emenda o comunicado da PM.
