Estado de saúde de Delegado Federal é grave
O delegado da Polícia Federal (PF), Thiago Selling da Cunha (foto), foi baleado na cabeça nesta terça-feira (15) durante operação de busca e apreensão na comunidade Vila Zilda, no Guarujá, no litoral de São Paulo.
Cunha, de 40 anos, foi encaminhado ao Hospital Santo Amaro, na cidade. O estado do delegado é grave, de acordo com último informe.
Dois suspeitos foram presos na operação com armas e drogas. Eles serão autuados por tentativa de homicídio, tráfico de drogas e porte ilegal de arma de fogo.
O Guarujá foi palco de onda de violência nas últimas semanas após a Polícia Militar de São Paulo lançar uma operação contra o crime organizado, sem relação direta com a ação da PF de hoje.
A Operação Escudo, que também envolve a vizinha cidade de Santos, resultou em 16 mortes e já é a mais letal do estado desde 2006.
Ela está em atividade desde 28 de julho e deve durar por pelo menos um mês.
A operação é resposta à morte do soldado Patrick Bastos Reis, da Rota, a tropa de choque da PM que opera principalmente na região metropolitana de São Paulo. Reis morreu baleado durante patrulhamento na Vila Zilda no dia anterior.
No início de agosto, a Polícia Civil de São Paulo encerrou a investigação sobre a morte do soldado da Rota e indiciou três pessoas pelo homicídio.
Erickson David da Silva, suspeito de atirar e matar Reis, se entregou à Polícia ainda no final de julho.
Da Silva disse à polícia que ele matou o soldado da Rota enquanto fazia guarda para um traficante e que teria confundido a viatura da Rota com a do Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep), o equivalente à Rota no interior e litoral de São Paulo.
Além dele, foram indiciados Marco Antônio de Assis Silva, conhecido como ‘Mazzaropi’, e Kauã Jazon da Silva, irmão de Erickson, o último a ser preso pela PM.
