Operação da Polícia Federal cumpre 53 mandados de busca e apreensão em São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Tocantins, Ceará e Minas Gerais
A Polícia Federal deflagrou nesta terça-feira (5) a 16ª fase da Operação Lesa Pátria para identificar pessoas que financiaram e fomentaram os atos de 8 de janeiro, que culminaram na invasão das sedes dos três Poderes, em Brasília.
Entre os alvos estão:
- Marici Junqueira de Andrade Bernade, de Araraquara (SP);
- Rodrigo Augusto Albani Borini, filho do ex-prefeito de Birigui (SP) Carlos Borini;
- Rodrigo de Souza Lins, filiado ao PRTB e suplente na Assembleia Legislativa do Mato Grosso do Sul.
Ao todo, foram cumpridos 53 mandados de busca e apreensão em São Paulo (12), Mato Grosso do Sul (2), Paraná (6), Santa Catarina (3), Tocantins (2), Ceará (2) e Minas Gerais (26).
O Supremo Tribunal Federal também determinou a indisponibilidade de bens, ativos e valores dos investigados.
Em comunicado, a PF afirmou que os fatos investigados constituem crimes de “abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito, golpe de Estado, dano qualificado, associação criminosa, incitação ao crime, destruição e deterioração ou inutilização de bem especialmente protegido”.
Os valores dos danos causados ao patrimônio público chegam a 40 milhões de reais.
Essa é a 16ª fase da operação Lesa Pátria, iniciada logo na semana seguinte aos atos de terrorismo em Brasília para investigar e capturar os envolvidos na depredação e no estímulo ao golpismo.
Segundo a PF, até esta terça a Lesa Pátria já contabilizava:
- 78 mandados de prisão cumpridos;
- 277 mandados de busca e apreensão cumpridos;
- 17 inquéritos instaurados.
