Com a abertura do julgamento nesta sexta-feira (6) em plenário virtual, o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes apresentou seu voto de relator pela condenação de novos seis réus pelos atos de vandalismo do dia 8 de janeiro deste ano. O prazo para os demais ministros apresentarem seus votos termina às 23h59 do dia 16 de outubro.
Claudio Augusto Felippe, Edinéia Paes da Silva Santos, Jorge Ferreira, Jaqueline Freitas Gimenez, Marcelo Lopes do Carmo e Reginaldo Carlos Begiato Garcia são acusados pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) de associação criminosa armada, abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito, tentativa de golpe de Estado, dano qualificado e deterioração de patrimônio tombado.
Moraes pediu penas que variam de 14 a 17 anos de prisão, além do pagamento de 30 milhões de reais por danos morais coletivos. O valor deverá ser distribuído e pago por todos os condenados pela invasão das sedes dos três Poderes.

O técnico de logística Reginaldo Carlos Begiato Garcia, de 55 anos, foi preso sob acusação de participar de um grupo que invadiu o Congresso Nacional com o intuito de depredar as instalações. A defesa de Garcia está pedindo a sua absolvição.

Claudio Augusto Felippe, é policial militar aposentado de 59 anos da cidade de São Paulo. Ele foi preso em flagrante pela Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PMDF) sob acusação de ter participado do grupo que invadiu o Palácio do Planalto.
A Polícia Federal informou que o telefone de Felippe continha diálogos e mensagens antidemocráticas, além de registros fotográficos dele no local da invasão. A defesa alega que “a denúncia é genérica e sustenta que o réu não depredou nenhum bem público nem tinha a intenção de derrubar o governo“.
Para o policial Moraes propôs 17 anos de prisão.
Jaqueline Freitas Gimenez, é moradora de Juiz de Fora (MG), tem 40 anos e é acusada pelo MPF de participar da invasão ao Palácio do Planalto. Ela foi presa pela Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal, no dia dos atos dentro do Palácio do Planalto.
Durante seu interrogatório, Jaqueline afirmou que “sua intenção era participar de uma manifestação pacífica e que não causou danos a nenhum prédio público. Segundo ela, entrou no Palácio para se abrigar do conflito violento que ocorria na área externa, e quando entrou, já estava tudo aberto e quebrado”.
Moraes também propôs uma pena de 17 anos de prisão para Jaqueline.
Marcelo Lopes do Carmo, mora em Aparecida de Goiânia (GO), e tem 39 anos. Ele é acusado pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) de participar da depredação do Palácio do Planalto. A PF encontrou mensagens antidemocráticas em seu celular, bem como imagens e vídeos dele nos locais de depredação.
A defesa de Carmo alega que ele foi a Brasília para participar de uma manifestação pacífica e que ele não cometeu atos de vandalismo. Os advogados afirmam que “as acusações são infundadas”.

Edinéia Paes da Silva Santos, Mora em Americana (SP) e tem 38 anos. Ela é acusada pela PGR de ter participado dos atos antidemocráticos no Palácio do Planalto. Segundo a defesa, “ela foi a Brasília em uma caravana com o objetivo de participar de um movimento em prol da nação”.
Edinéia afirma ter estado na rampa do prédio e buscou se abrigar das bombas de gás, negando qualquer envolvimento na depredação do patrimônio público.
