Mesmo sendo as CPIs impedidas de investigarem governadores, Eliziane Gama acusa governador do DF de omissão
A senadora Eliziane Gama (PSD-MA) afirmou em seu relatório da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do 8 de janeiro, apresentado nesta terça-feira (7) que o governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB), “tinha pleno conhecimento do risco de atos violentos”, mas, que mesmo assim, o governador liberou manifestações na Esplanada dos Ministérios e não acionou a Força Nacional.
O acordo entre os membros da comissão prevê que, além do relatório de Eliziane, haverá textos paralelos apresentados pela oposição. O relatório definitivo será escolhido em votação prevista para amanhã, quarta-feira (18).
Eliziane incluiu Ibaneis na lista de possíveis responsáveis pelo crime de omissão e sugeriu que as investigações contra ele sejam aprofundadas pelas autoridades porque a CPMI não tem competência para investigar governadores.
“A liberação da Esplanada ocorreu mesmo em face de mensagens encaminhadas pela inteligência da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal, que evidenciavam que os manifestantes “vieram preparados para a guerra mesmo” e que iriam “partir para o tudo ou nada””, escreveu a senadora da base do presidente da República Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
Grande parte dos manifestantes pediam o impedimento de ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) por terem anulado as condenações do agora presidente e anulação das eleições que consideravam ilegais.
