Polícia Federal acusa Juscelino Filho (União Brasil-MA) por organização criminosa e crime de corrupção passiva
A Polícia Federal (PF) indiciou o ministro das Comunicações, Juscelino Filho (União Brasil-MA), por participação em organização criminosa e corrupção passiva.
Segundoa PF, os desvios foram de, no mínimo, R$ 835,8 mil de obras de pavimentação custeadas com dinheiro público da Companhia de Desenvolvimento dos Vales do São Francisco e do Parnaíba (Codevasf).
O inquérito investiga um desvio de emendas parlamentares para a pavimentação de ruas de Vitorino Freire, no interior do Maranhão.
A prefeita da cidade é comandada a irmã de Juscelino Filho, Luanna Rezende.
A irmã do ministro do governo de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), chegou a ser afastada do cargo no ano passado, mas depois retomou o mandato por decisão daJustiça brasileira.
Um relatório da Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) sobre uma das obras ter beneficiado propriedades da família do ministro de Lula foi usado nas investigações.
O relatório final do caso foi enviado para o ministro Flávio Dino, relator do inquérito no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Dino é conterrâneo de Juscelino e ex- colega como ministro de Lula e o processo está parado.
A investigação da PF porém, tinha, inicialmente, o objetivo de apurar possíveis desvios em obras da Codevasf, em especial as executadas pela empresa Construservice.
Segundo a PF, o empresário Eduardo José Barros Costa, conhecido como Eduardo DP é sócio oculto e verdadeiro dono da Construservice .
O ministro Juscelino Filho passou a ser investigado após serem encontradas no celular do empresário, apreendido pela Polícia Federal na primeira fase da operação Odoacro, mensagens entre ele e Eduardo DP.
As mensagens analisadas no inquérito reforçam, segundo a PF, a “atuação criminosa de Juscelino Filho” e demonstram que a “sua função na Orcrim (organização criminosa) era conhecida por todos os membros” do grupo chefiado por Eduardo DP. “Resta cristalina a relação criminosa pactuada entre Juscelino Filho e Eduardo DP”, diz um trecho de um relatório da PF, divulgado para a imprensa como vazamento de informação.
Ao longo da investigação, a PF mapeou três caminhos utilizados para desviar cerca de R$ 835,8 mil de contratos da Codevasf para o ministro Juscelino Filho: a pavimentação de estrada, que beneficiava as propriedades dele; indicações de pagamentos a terceiros; e a contratação da empresa Arco, que a Polícia Federal acredita ser do próprio Juscelino. A PF identificou transações entre a Arco e Eduardo DP.
