Marcelo Henrique Freitas Fonseca causou prejuízo às vítimas identificadas até agora, de R$ 50 mil
Marcelo Henrique Freitas Fonseca de 28 anos, foi preso, na manhã desta segunda-feira (30), suspeito de cometer estelionato amoroso contra mulheres do Distrito Federal.
Os mandados de prisão preventiva e de busca e apreensão foram cumpridos na casa de Marcelo Henrique, na Vila São José de Brazlândia.
Segundo as investigações, entre 2017 e 2024, foram registradas 37 ocorrências contra Marcelo Henrique Freitas Fonseca. O prejuízo calculado às vítimas já identificadas é de R$ 50 mil.
Marcelo criou 120 chaves-PIX para aplicar golpes em vítimas que conhecia em aplicativos de relacionamento, segundo a polícia.
O estelionatário amoroso convencia as vítimas a investirem em esquemas financeiros, prometendo retornos triplicados em poucas horas, mas os valores investidos não eram restituídos e o dinheiro desaparecia.
Srgundo os investigadores, para movimentar o dinheiro, Marcelo usava as contas bancárias de outras vítimas, persuadindo-as a emprestar suas chaves-PIX, afirmando que sua conta estaria bloqueada.
O investigado ainda usava a afeição das vítimas para exigir mais dinheiro, ameaçando encerrar o relacionamento caso as transferências não fossem feitas.
Até o momento, os investigadores identificaram vítimas na Asa Sul, Cruzeiro, Guará, Paranoá, Taguatinga, Gama, Ceilândia, Recanto das Emas, Brazlândia e Samambaia.
Segundo a PCDF, Marcelo já era investigado por outros crimes como furtos diversos, lesões corporais, estupro de vulnerável e Lei Maria da Penha.
Em 2023, a Justiça manteve uma decisão que já havia condenado o investigado por crime de estelionato sentimental contra uma mulher. A decisão havia estabelecido a pena de 1 ano e 9 meses de prisão em regime aberto, além de reparação de danos à vítima no valor de R$ 1.412,00.
