Denunciados pela PGR no núcleo 4 por suposta trama golpista são acusados de disseminar notícias falsas sobre o processo eleitoral

A Primeira Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) decidiu nesta terça-feira (6), por unanimidade, tornar réus outros sete denunciados por participação em uma suposta trama golpista para manter no poder, de forma ilegal, o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

Tornaram-se réus, nesta terça, os militares Ailton Gonçalves; Ângelo Martins Denicoli; Carlos Giancarlo Gomes Rodrigues; Guilherme Marques de Almeida; e Reginaldo Vieira de Abreu; o agente da PF Marcelo Araújo Bormevet; e Cesar Moretzsohn Rocha, engenheiro e presidente do Instituto Voto Legal.

O relator, ministro Alexandre de Moraes, votou pelo recebimento integral da denúncia e foi acompanhado por todos os colegas de turma: Flávio Dino, Luiz Fux, Cármen Lúcia e Cristiano Zanin.

Em seu voto, indicando que aceitaria a denúncia, Moraes disse: “Sabemos todos que houve a montagem do chamado gabinete do ódio — núcleo de notícias fraudulentas; núcleo de financiamento de notícias fraudulentas; núcleo de produção, político, e de difusão de notícias fraudulentas”.

O ministro afirmou que as ações do núcleo da desinformação estão conectadas com o núcleo político, integrado por Bolsonaro, com o objetivo de atacar a credibilidade da Justiça e das eleições.

“As ações ganham ainda mais relevo quando observada a consonância entre os discursos públicos de Jair Messias Bolsonaro e os alvos escolhidos pela célula infiltrada na agência brasileira de inteligência”, afirmou.

Com o julgamento do núcleo 4, a Primeira Turma do STF já tornou 14 pessoas réus por supostamente estarem envolvidas na trama golpista para anular o resultado das eleições presidenciais de 2022, vencida por Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
