O ministro do Desenvolvimento Social, Wellington Dias (PT), circulou em redes sociais em um vídeo nesta semana, falando em substituir a carteira de trabalho pelo cartão do Bolsa Família, programa sob responsabilidade de seu ministério.
Depois do episódio, por meio de um vídeo, também nas redes sociais, o prefeito de Salinas (MG), Kincas Dias (PDT), que protagonizou a cena ao lado do ministro, afirmou que foi um mal-entendido.
Segundo Kincas, a intenção era dizer justamente o contrário: que o cartão do Bolsa Família será substituído pela carteira de trabalho, numa referência ao objetivo do programa social, que é tirar a pessoa da pobreza e fazê-la conseguir se sustentar com emprego.
Wellington Dias participou em Montes Claros (MG), na segunda-feira (27), de evento do programa Acredita no Primeiro Passo, do governo federal.
O programa oferece cursos de qualificação profissional e oportunidades de emprego para pessoas de renda baixa que buscam melhores oportunidades.
Em um vídeo gravado no evento, ao lado do ministro, o prefeito Kincas Dias aparece agradecendo a visita e celebrando o programa. No final, ele diz para Dias:
“Queremos cada vez mais, como foi dito pelo nosso ministro, que possamos no futuro trocar a carteira de trabalho…”, ele deixa a frase no ar para Wellington Dias concluir.
“Pelo cartão do Bolsa Família”, completa o ministro. “Porque [a pessoa] saiu da pobreza”, continuou.
Diante da repercussão, Kincas Dias voltou às redes sociais para gravar uma explicação.
“Durante o lançamento do Programa Acredita no Primeiro Passo, houve dupla interpretação de um trecho da minha fala, por parte de alguns por simples maldade, e de outros por má compreensão. Mas o sentido é muito claro: o único objetivo é fazer com que cada vez mais pessoas se tornem independentes do cartão do Bolsa Família e passem a ter uma carteira de trabalho assinada, para que tenham dignidade e autonomia, sem precisar depender do benefício”, disse o prefeito.
