Ex-presidente foi preso na manhã deste sábado por ordem de Alexandre de Moraes que viu risco de fuga
A Polícia Federal informou neste sábado (22) que o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) disse a agentes ter utilizado ferro de solda para violar a tornozeleira eletrônica na madrugada.
Em vídeo feito durante a prisão de Bolsonaro, o ex-presidente é questionado por uma agente sobre avarias na tornozeleira. (Veja mais abaixo)
A cena se passou na casa de Bolsonaro, na madrugada.
“O senhor usou alguma coisa para queimar isso aqui?”, pergunta a policial.
Bolsonaro responde: “Eu meti ferro quente aí. Curiosidade”.
“Que ferro foi, ferro de passar?”, a policial questiona.
“Não, ferro de soldar, de solda”, continua Bolsonaro.
Em seguida, a servidora pergunta se Bolsonaro tentou arrancar a pulseira que prende o equipamento ao tornozelo.
“O senhor tentar puxar a pulseira, também?
“Não, não, não. Isso não. Não rompi a pulseira, não”, negou Bolsonaro.
“Pulseira aparentemente intacta, mas o ‘case’ [a capa] violado”, relata a servidora no vídeo.
“Que horas o senhor começou a fazer isso, seu Jair?”, ela pergunta.
“No final da tarde”, Bolsonaro afirma.
Essa tampa chegou a soltar? Pergunta a agente.
“Não, não,” diz o ex-presidente.

O alarme da tornozeleira disparou às 0h07. Imediatamente, a equipe que faz a segurança de Bolsonaro foi acionada pela Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária do governo do Distrito Federal, responsável pelo aparelho.
A escolta, então, confirmou a violação e fez a troca do aparelho à 1h09.
O próprio ex-presidente reconheceu que utilizou o material de soldagem para violar o aparelho de monitoramento.
Um relatório da Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária do DF ainda está sendo elaborado, com uma análise mais detalhada do episódio. E diferentes hipóteses estão sendo apuradas pelos investigadores.
A Polícia Federal pediu ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a prisão preventiva de Bolsonaro com base na convocação feita por Flávio.
Moraes decretou a prisão preventiva do ex-presidente por ver risco de fuga nos fatos novos — a vigília convocada por Flávio e a tentativa de violação da tornozeleira eletrônica. A decisão foi tomada na madrugada, após o ministro consultar a PGR — não há um horário expresso no documento.
