Ao todo, estão sendo cumpridos 19 mandados de busca e apreensão, além de dois mandados de prisão
A Polícia Federal (PF) e a Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) deflagraram, na manhã desta terça-feira (17), a Operação Indébito, que investiga um esquema nacional de descontos associativos não autorizados em aposentadorias e pensões.
Um dos alvos é deputada federal Maria Gorete Pereira (MDB-CE), que teve buscas e apreensões e vai usar tornozeleira eletrônica.
A ação é um desdobramento da Operação Sem Desconto e tem como foco aprofundar as investigações sobre possíveis irregularidades na inclusão de cobranças indevidas em benefícios previdenciários.
Ao todo, são cumpridos 19 mandados de busca e apreensão, além de dois mandados de prisão e outras medidas cautelares, no Distrito Federal e no Ceará.
As ordens judiciais foram expedidas pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), sob relatoria do ministro André Mendonça.
o grupo é suspeito de inserir dados falsos em sistemas oficiais para viabilizar descontos indevidos em aposentadorias e pensões, prática que pode ter atingido beneficiários em diferentes regiões do país.
Os investigados também são suspeitos de integrar organização criminosa, além de responder por estelionato previdenciário e por atos de ocultação e dilapidação de patrimônio.
