Luis Roberto Barroso, ao lado de Flávio Dino e Orlando Silva, ministros de Lula cantou vitória nas eleições
O ministro Luís Roberto Barroso, do STF, celebrou em evento da esquerda, nesta quarta-feira (12) a derrota do bolsonarismo.
Em meio a vaias de um grupo ligado a profissionais da área de enfermagem, durante um congresso da União Nacional dos Estudantes (UNE), em Brasília, Barroso disse que não se importava com as vaias e, ao se defender delas, se vangloriou de ter derrotado o Bolsonarismo nas últimas eleições.
“Já enfrentei a ditadura e já enfrentei o bolsonarismo, não me preocupo”, afirmou Barroso.
“Nós derrotamos a censura, nós derrotamos a tortura, nós derrotamos o bolsonarismo para permitir a democracia e a manifestação livre de todas as pessoas”, acrescentou.
Decisões do STF e do TSE foram questionadas pela direita durante a última eleição.
O Partido Liberal (PL), por exemplo, chegou a pedir que o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) esclareçesse os efeitos de uma decisão do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Luís Roberto Barroso sobre a disponibilidade de ônibus para eleitores neste domingo (2).
A medida cautelar de Barroso negou um pedido da Rede Sustentabilidade, que pedia o passe livre aos eleitores. No entanto, o ministro recomendou que “todos os municípios que tiverem condições de ofertar o transporte público gratuitamente no dia das eleições o façam desde já”.
Na visão da coligação que buscava a reeleição do então presidente Jair Bolsonaro, seria possível analisar a decisão como permissão ou estímulo a chefes do poder municipal para transporte gratuito de eleitores. Pela lei eleitoral, é proibido o fornecimento de transporte aos eleitores da zona urbana.
O TSE também foi questionado ao por exemplo, proibir nas eleições, Bolsonaro de vincular Lula ao ditador da Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, recentemente recebido com todas as honras de Estado pelo atual presidente da República Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva que, assim como Barroso, derrotou o bolsonarismo.
