Ex-presidente está sendo interrogafo pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal
O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro fez uma provocação ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), nesta terça-feira (10).
Interrogado como réu no processo penal sobre tentativa de golpe de Estado, Bolsonaro chamou o ministro, relator do caso, para ser seu vice nas eleições de 2026.
Em dois julgamentos em 2023, o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (STF) tornou o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro inelegível por 8 anos, por abuso de poder político e uso indevido de meios de comunicação.
Durante o depoimento desta terça, Bolsonaro narrava como as pessoas tratam ele nas ruas e questionou o ministro Alexandre de Moraes se ele gostaria de ver um vídeo com essas imagens. Em seguida, Moraes respondeu: “Declino”.
Bolsonaro então perguntou a Moraes: “Posso fazer uma brincadeira?”, ao passo que Moraes respondeu: “O senhor quem sabe. Eu perguntaria os seus advogados”.
Bolsonaro então replicou: “Eu gostaria de convidá-lo para ser vice em 26”. Em resposta, Moraes afirmou: “Eu declino novamente”. O episódio arrancou risadas dos presentes.
As risadas fazem sentido, visto que Moraes é apontado pelo próprio presidente como seu algoz.
O soco no estômago de Moraes foi direcionado, já que a direita brasileira acusa Moraes de atuar politicamente, o que é vetado aos ministros do Supremo.
O STF retomou, na tarde desta terça-feira (10), o interrogatório dos réus do ‘núcleo crucial’ na ação penal que apura a tentativa de golpe de Estado em 2022.
Bolsonaro é o sexto a ser ouvido. Ele é apontado pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) como peça-chave da organização criminosa que atuou por uma suposta tentativa de ruptura democrática.
Na sessão desta terça de manhã, os interrogados foram o almirante Almir Garnier, ex-comandante da Marinha, o ex-ministro da Justiça, Anderson Torres, e o ex-ministro do Gabinete de Segurança Institucional general Augusto Heleno.
