SUV Toyota SW4 preta blindado foi adquirido com recursos públicos
O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Flávio Dino utilizando em São Luis (MA) um veículo do Tribunal de Justiça do Maranhão (TJMA), modelo Toyota SW4 preta blindado, adquirido com recursos do Fundo Especial de Segurança dos Magistrados (Funseg-JE), segundo revelou nesta quinta-feiras (20) o site do jornalista maranhense Luís Pablo.
“Frequentemente usado por sua esposa e filho em deslocamentos particulares na capital maranhense”, segundo o jornalista, esse é um dos quatro SW4 blindadas adquiridas pelo TJMA com recursos do Funseg-JE, criado pela Lei Complementar nº 164/2014 e destinado exclusivamente à segurança institucional de magistrados e às atividades do próprio Judiciário estadual.
De a cordo com o site, esses veículos têm uso restrito ao presidente do Tribunal, desembargador Froz Sobrinho, os corregedores José Luiz e José Jorge e outro reservado para apoio temporário a autoridades judiciais em missão oficial no Maranhão. O veículo utilizado por Dino e familiares seria este último, segundo site, mas vem sendo utilizado de forma contínua e sem ato público que formalize a cessão.
Além do automóvel, o ministro conta com policiais militares lotados no TJMA, atuando em sua segurança pessoal. Luis Pablo apurou que parte desses policiais foi deslocada da Diretoria de Segurança Institucional do Tribunal para atender à escolta do ministro, somando-se aos cinco policiais que ele já mantém, conforme a Lei nº 8.507/2006, que garante veículo oficial e segurança a ex-governadores do Maranhão.
“Dessa forma, Flávio Dino desfruta simultaneamente de duas estruturas públicas de transporte e segurança: uma custeada pelo Governo do Estado, com uma SW4 prata à qual tem direito legal; e outra bancada pelo Poder Judiciário estadual, com recursos originalmente voltados à proteção de magistrados. A situação é considerada incompatível com as normas nacionais do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), que proíbem o uso de veículos oficiais do Judiciário para fins pessoais ou por autoridades externas”, informa o jornalista.
O site também apurou que o veículo Toyota SW4 do TJMA utilizada pelo ministro opera com placa reservada (fria), expedida pelo Detran-MA, e é abastecida com recursos públicos por meio do sistema Ticket Car, o mesmo utilizado para a frota institucional do Tribunal. Placas frias são autorizadas para serviço de inteligência.
