Segundo o site DownDetector, que monitora interrupções em serviços online, mais de 2,5 mil reclamações já haviam sido feitas por volta das 11h20.
Procurado, o banco afirmou que atua para normalizar o serviço.
“O BB informa que seus canais digitais apresentam indisponibilidade na manhã desta quarta-feira, 10, e atua para normalizar o serviço com a maior brevidade possível. As operações com cartão e o recebimento de PIX não foram impactados”, afirmou o banco em nota oficial.
