Candidato soltou nota afirmando que Executiva do Partido não referendou decisão de Eurípedes Júnior de apoiar Lula
Na tarde dessa quarta-feira (3), o candidato presidente da República pelo Pros, Pablo Marçal soltou uma nota rebatendo fim de sua candidatura pelo partido.
Mais cedo, como o BSB Revista informou, Eurípedes Júnior fechou acordo para apoiar o ex-presidente Lula.
Nota de Esclarecimento
Sobre as notícias veiculadas a partir de uma nota do PT de que a atual direção do PROS decidiu apoiar a candidatura daquela sigla, informamos que:
1 – A atual executiva não manifestou-se até o presente momento.
2 – A candidatura de Pablo Marçal foi indicada em ata de convenção realizada pelo partido dentro dos prazos legais, já foi registrada no TSE, e segue aguardando a homologação.
3 – Para que se consolide o suposto apoio, é necessário uma nova convenção, oque é inviável, pois seriam necessários 10 dias para convocação de uma nova convenção, conforme estatuto do partido, onde não há mais tempo hábil já que o prazo para realização das convenções se enceram no dia 05/08, depois de amanhã.
4 – Esclarecemos que qualquer ação no sentido de descumprir a indicação realizada na convenção e contrária ao ordenamento jurídico vigente, será objeto de judicialização, uma vez que já existe o registro da candidatura aguardando apenas a homologação do TSE.
A candidatura de Pablo Marçal que, até então, era motivo de piada para determinados setores da política, com a efetivação da indicação na convenção, tornou-se em pesadelo, sendo esses movimentos a prova viva disso. Seguimos firmes no propósito de destravar a nação pelo voto e de enfrentar qualquer poder que, arbitrária e ilegalmente, ouse afrontar o estado democrático de direito.
